DESCRIPTION: EPW - Jules Jurgensen, Copenhagen, minute repeater, 51mm, heavy 18K gold OF original case with signed gold cuvette, glazed observation cover, Jurgensen lips, white enamel SS dial, SW-bow-set, fully capped lever escapement, fully jeweled repeat train, 30-34J, fausses-cĂ´tes pattern nickel damascene, s#15394 with matching serial number within case. Gross weight of assembled watch 72.3 dwt (112.5 g). Includes original walnut presentation box with magenta silk and velvet lined interior that contains a spare crystal and mainspring within tissue paper as well as a padded silk pillow in matching magenta color that is marked "Jules Jurgensen, Copenhagen" on one side and "Paris Grand Prix 1900" on the other. CONDITION: Mvt: GRO, good repeat function and tone, very near mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, superb surfaces with negligible few minuscule micro-fine scratches; near flawless dial with only some subtle glaze clouding at perimeter areas which is visible in certain lightings; very near mint hands, minuscule nick near end of minute; case shows no wear, no dents or dings, exquisite crisp engine turning detail; tight bow, crown shows no wear; good glass crystals; walnut box shows light wear, two cracks that run along bottom rear, smaller crack at front left corner, silk pillow with some loss of gold foil.
